### ***** "Perfect for the working mom"
This app is the best! If I only have 30 min in the day and need a great workout all I have to do is push play! Also, I don’t have to think! I just listen to coach and do what he says!

The messaging component is genius. If I need a little push or advice - the coach is there to help!

Download this FREE app today!

### ***** "Fit and warm"
Mother of “7”, going on 75 and love ❤️ staying fit and warm. Try to do as many as I can. Stephen is best coach ever.
-- Pool Friend, 2020-02-12

### ***** "Can do with your kids"
Stephen is a straight up guy who keeps you motivated and your mind on his funny stories or the people in the video. At times I caught myself laughing. My son and I spend some quality time doing this together. Thanks Stephen! Keep them coming!
-- Inspired2, 2019-04-09

### ***** "Daily motivation"
This this the first time I’ve been able to stick with a regular routine. The app motivates me to track my progress and keep up with daily workouts.
-- OldAnd1nTheWay, 2019-03-08

### ***** "Easy for moms!"
Simple, effective, short workouts you can do while baby is playing by your side or napping. I appreciate you can pause the workout as many times as you need. As a busy momma with a toddler, those distractions can be endless! With this app I can still get in a workout. The live communication with an awesome coach is great for accountability and feedback too!
-- Neeves87, 2019-03-08

### ***** "Believe it"
I had the good fortune to take classes from Coach Steve in real life and wondered if the experience would be the same on an app. It totally is! The exercises are challenging but variations are offered if you need them and Steve is so motivating even when he's not there in real life. This is pure genius and I think I've finally found an exercise program that will work and that I can stick with. So simple.
-- David3141592, 2019-03-07

I would recommend Exercise Simple to anyone.

### ***** "Get Fit"
This app is awesome! The coach is someone you won’t want to miss having the opportunity to miss out knowing and working with. I was blessed enough to take part in the actual workouts and making of this all happen and I’m so thankful!! YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS OUT❤️
-- GET IT GUYS !!!, 2019-02-27

### ***** "Keepin it real"
One of my favorite features of this app is the ability to chat directly with the trainer, Coach Steve. His timely responses and follow up takes this fitness app to another level- a personal one. I love that the people are real and the workouts are manageable. It’s like having a trainer in my home!
