## Exit Exil Description
Exit Exil – Eine ortsbezogene Multimedia-App zum deutschsprachigen Exil

In mehr als 30 künstlerischen und wissenschaftlichen Beiträgen erinnert die App „Exit Exil“ an das Exil deutschsprachiger Künstler:innen und Intellektueller in den 1930er und 40er-Jahren und schlägt einen Bogen zu in Deutschland im Exil lebenden Kulturschaffenden der Gegenwart.

Mit Beiträgen renommierter Künstler:innen und Autor:innen gibt die Mobil-App „Exit Exil“ den Nutzer:innen Einblicke in das deutschsprachige Exil und nahestehende Themengebiete wie Identität und Zugehörigkeit, Flucht und Vertreibung, Sprache und Arbeit. Die App blickt dabei sowohl in die Leben historischer Exilpersönlichkeiten als auch solcher die heute in der Diaspora leben. Unter den Beitragenden sind Susan Philipsz, Michael Lentz, Tanja Kinkel, Senthuran Varatharajah, Anna Haifisch, Mohamed Amjahid.

Die Grundlage bildet eine Weltkarte, auf der die Inhalte eingebettet sind. Die Beiträge vermitteln so ein Gefühl für die Tragweite erzwungener Migration, ermöglichen aber zugleich ein ortsbezogenes und vertiefendes Erlebnis der angebotenen Inhalte. Unter den Beiträgen finden sich Filme, Hörspiele, Audiowalks und -Installationen, Features und Essays.


Das Projekt ist auf zehn Jahre angelegt und wird sukzessive mit weiteren künstlerischen, journalistischen und wissenschaftlichen Beiträgen zu einer zentralen Plattform der Auseinandersetzung mit dem Exil ausgebaut. Aktuell geführte Debatten über Flucht, Identität, Neuanfang und vieles mehr nehmen dabei einen zentralen Platz ein.

„Exit Exil“ wurde entwickelt im Rahmen von „dive in. Programm für digitale Interaktionen“ der Kulturstiftung des Bundes, gefördert durch die Beauftragte der Bundesregierung für Kultur und Medien (BKM) im Programm NEUSTART KULTUR.
