I bought the year subscription mainly so I could have access to the postpartum strength training program for C-Sections. I did strength training before getting pregnant and knew I wanted to get back into after having my baby. This program was perfect, teaching me about how to care for my new scar and easing back into strength training. I love how there’s videos showing how to do each move if you don’t know how. They also have the best Spotify playlist!

I’m loving the app so far. I’ve been trying to conceive and as I go through the process, know I want to be in the best health and physical shape I can be to support a pregnancy, labor, and then when baby is here. I love how the program is laid out, the amazing support, and all the options for yoga, running, etc. Can’t wait to see how I progress through!

This app has helped my c-section recovery 100%! I wish I had it after my first c-section. I feel like I am doing movements 3 months postpartum that I wasn’t doing till 9 months PP with my first one. Nobody talks about c-section recovery besides- “don’t do this!” Well this app tells you exactly what to do to start moving your body and feeling like yourself again. From simple leg movements to lift weights. I feel amazing because of this app!

Love love love this program. The pregnancy weight training circuits are perfectly balanced and make me feel like I’m getting stronger each week and preparing me for birth.

Great for busy moms and moms to be. I switched to E&E while pregnant after using a different app that didn’t cater to pregnant women very well. I felt so comfortable knowing that every exercise was safe for that week of pregnancy and setting me up for success in labor and postpartum. Just started postpartum recovery 8 weeks after delivery - the fastest I’ve gotten to working out after having a baby. I credit this to my preparation through E&E and my enjoyment/trust in their thoughtful programs.

3rd pregnancy and 3rd time doing the E and E postpartum guide. I have loved the app and the ease of use. I love being able to click on the info button for each exercise if I need a how to. And with a busy schedule, I am loving the timed circuits! Thank you!!

This app and company is amazing. Even as a tired, post partum mom, I couldn’t wait to do my workouts on this app every day! I felt the strongest I’d felt in awhile and felt confident I was rebuilding my strength, fitness, balance, and core back safely while still incrementally challenging myself. There are so many programs, I wish I had more nap times to do them all! I’ve told so many friends to use these programs, especially those that were excited to get back into fitness. I wish I had known about it as a pregnancy option. Thank you for adding so much joy to my maternity leave. It’s also very cool that you can play your own music while watching the workouts.

Return to running program great, don’t love strength

I had the app for over a year and absolutely loved the return to running program and assessment. I did the assessment and realized I needed more time before running and I feel like it helped a ton. The RTR program was excellent and engaging and kept me injury free. I did not love the postnatal core work- a lot of it didn’t feel diastasis safe, sorry I don’t think crunches at 12 weeks are a good idea for most mothers. Also the strength program wasn’t my favorite either- I felt consistently rushed to finish the reps and found myself using bad form to try and finish as quickly as possible.
