It times out on you and disconnects you more than any other App. Truly frustrating to use.

Hate the changed app

Why did you change the app!! It’s such a pain in the butt to use now! It was easy before - now it’s hard and ridiculous to navigate. I absolutely hate it

Message is faulty

Messaging guest through the app has always been challenging. It never seems to work properly. It’s frustrating when you have to communicate with guests.

Horrible and difficult to use

Horrible and difficult to use, for the commissions that we pay Expedia it seems like they would take more effort and make this app truly usable by hotels.

Site is extremely slow to react to changes in regards to inventory control and pricing strategy We like to offer our customers special discount in some event and the site don’t react in a timely manner to reflect the changes

Hotel Collect

I am having hard time changing my method of payment from Hotel Collect to Expedia Collect. Please make the changes asap.

Worst of the OTA apps (& booking.com is bad)

Super glitchy, not user friendly; exactly what you’d expect out of one of the 800 lb gorillas.
