Impossible to talk to someone about Experian showing an error “It’s us, not you” when trying to login via browser unless you pay. Managed to login via app and I see that score dropped hugely but there are no more credit cards linked to my account nor anything else. So Experian is causing issues to my account damaging my credit score, I even struggle to login and there are no ways to resolve it unless I pay?! Not happy at all
