I wonder if I purchased everything, would the unnecessary subscription app cancel half of it? Lol. Have I got the app for you" I downloaded the Experian app to track my credit score and monitor if anything fishy ever happens. Why is the app OVERFLOWING with ads? I have never been advertised to so much in my life, I can’t navigate anywhere in this app without three credit card offers, auto insurance, or services to clear your info for the dark web. Remember in the early 2000s when you’d accidentally click a bad link in an email and your screen would get flooded with pop-ups that you couldn’t escape from? It’s like whoever invented that also created the Experian app. Did you know in 2023 the FTC filed a civil penalty case against them for spamming consumers with marketing emails? That tracks, in the app too. Also, this app has super high ratings, I suggest you go look through their reviews. All the top ones are pretty clearly fabricated, they read like a commercial script. They charged me again the following month even though it was canceled! I went to my bank and they reversed the payment. I went online to double check there and it was canceled there too! Again, they charged me for another month. I called my bank and they again reversed to payment and put a BLOCK against Experian. Guess what??? We got another message from our bank that Experian tried YET AGAIN to charge us for a canceled and FREE account. It’s not even on my phone. Don’t get any kind of account with these guys!!!!! It’s been 4 business days and my payment was never received. Update it’s been 9 days and the bill was never received. The experian all said it would take 2 business for processing. You cannot get ahold of a live agent I finally was able to for them to say have to fax them proof of identity.
