I get texts/ and or alerts telling my score has gone up, but it doesn’t show up on my credit for days, even weeks,, if I’m getting an alert, it should show in my score Immediately

Worth Using

DannyBah on

We have benefited from this tool. However the credit game is 99% for the lender and 1% for the consumer. Highly recommend reading and watching content regarding to the game. It’s a game and you have to play well to make it worthwhile. This tool helps.

Nightmare

So I found out that Experian was charging me twice for the past year and I can’t get them to answer me. I found out that they don’t have an account that is connected to my Apple subscription that I been pay for. Apparently if you sign up threw Apple , Experian will not be able to identify who you are and besides that they will charge you separately. I’m in process of reporting them to the bbb. They can’t even locate me by this Apple subscription. Be careful because they are not that friendly and all their customer service

Great for tracking your credit but…

Ghost_527 on

I’ve been using the app for years and I obviously still like it since I continue to pay for it. However, my only knock against Experian is that they periodically send out an email stating that “your credit score has improved” and it actually hasn’t changed at all.

(Intuit) Credit Karma - Deceptive Trade Practices.

1st Hope on

(Intuit) Credit Karma - Deceptive Trade Practices. It appears that Credit Karma is in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act ("DTPA") The Credit Karma app notified me that I had an outstanding chance of receiving a loan secured by my Subaru. The app further stated that there would be no credit check, and once I clicked further into the loan opportunity the app advised me that I had been "approved" for the secured loan. Long (scam) story short: OneMain Financial was the Credit Karma affiliated company and they did do a hard credit check and they further told me that I was turned down for the loan because my car wasn't yet paid off. The Credit Karma app displayed data stating that my Subaru still had a loan balance, but that I was not late or in default of any loan payments.
