HOW TO PLAY EXPLODING KITTENS® 2 
1. Download the EXPLODING KITTENS® 2 online game. 
2. Optional: Get your friends to download it too. 
3. Each player plays as many cards as they like on their turn OR passes!
4. The player then draws a card to end their turn. If it’s an EXPLODING KITTEN, they’re out (unless they have a handy Defuse card). 
5. Keep going until only one player is left standing!

The new animations take too long and seem to stutter even on the latest phones there needs to be a way to disable them to make the game go faster as waiting on them makes the game feel painfully slow.

Look I love exploding kittens and I always play this with my friends and we always keep repeating these rounds. So when I found this I had to buy it it’s very cool because it adds a ton of expansion like imploding kittens you should keep up the good work and make more exploding kitten games like this!

Now let me just start by saying that I am a huge Exploding Kittens fan, I have 2 core games and 3 expansions to Exploding Kittens and I have a lot of their other games like Throw Throw Burrito and Why Are You Like This. So even if I’m probably bias, I still think it’s so fun, the cards are way more fun than the first mobile game plus the music makes it so fun and goofy. I also like how there is online so I’m able to go against anyone and that I can play with friends. I guess if I had to nitpick, it’s kinda sad that there are no expansion pack cards but that’s just a nitpick. Basically to make things clear I like this 3x more the the first mobile game

It’s a really good. I love the animations and themes but sometimes it glitches and makes me draw cards when I didn’t want to pick up. It’s already happened 3 times. Like towards the end when there’s an exploding kitten. I try to use the cards in my hand but it makes me pick up the kitten instead without me touching the screen. Super frustrating.

I’ll be requesting a refund. Big fan of the card game, so I was happy to try it out.  Firstly, the flow of the game seems slowed down to introduce hands moving on the screen, and other silly things. I was only able to play single player because when i tried to set up whatever you have to log into the play multiplayer, I was asked for my parents email to get their permission to play…. I’m not sure what age your have to be to play without parental approval, but at 40 I don’t seem to have made the cut.

### *---- "A Disappointing Sequel With Paywalls and Missing Features"
1) I bought the expansion pass to host games like in the original, but now each player needs to buy the new card deck for $5. That’s a big barrier for newcomers and feels like a money grab.

2) I also miss having a timer to track how much time is left on each turn. It’d be great to have an option to turn this on and control the timer speed for faster games.

3) The new animations make everything feel slow and sluggish, losing the quick pace of the original. Drag-and-drop is gone, and I can’t organize my cards while someone else is playing. The old text animations for reactions have been replaced by emojis, which isn’t as fun.

I’m glad they’re still supporting the game, but until they fix these issues—especially the requirement for everyone to buy the deck—I can’t recommend it.

I love this game and bout it and the expansion pack when it was on sale. The game is very fun, animations are great, and I love how many card desks they are going to add in the future. The only issue that needs to be fixed is the co trolls. They need to be made clearer about how to play cat cards because I have lost multiple games by trying to play a two of a kind and it keeps showing me what it does. Then it makes me draw an exploding kitten and I lose. Fix this please and also if you can, make the tutorial able to be revisited, I thought the controls would be the same as the first game so I skipped it and I want to revisit it to figure out certain cards and controls thank you! ❤️

Original design was better but the graphics here are a major upgrade  .. a little hard to see your deck on smartphone if you’re a new player and don’t know some of the base rules of the traditional game .. it may be hard to get a quick grasp as the rules are more akin to the original card game 

There is a light interface learning curve with jumping from the first one

I really miss the personality and sound effects of the cards from the first all version (can’t tell you how many times I’ve said the term “1/2/3 kittens” or “potaaaatoo” or “I seeee everything” or think about that litter box mixing sound lol .. it’s literally my silly words I like to say 

I also do very much miss the audio emotes but I can see why they removed them (the emotes are so tiny now on mobile you barely notice them)  

Still a great game …
