## ExplorOz Tracker Description
Track Your Adventures with ExplorOz Tracker!
Explore the world with confidence using your iPhone or iPad! Track your trips anywhere, even offline.

KEY FEATURES
- No maps to download or use within this app (this is not a navigation or mapping app)
- No account needed to view another person's trip progress
- Membership license required to enable device tracking on your own device - follow the in-app link for details.

DEVICE TRACKING
With a Member account, the app detects your device's movement and records GPS readings to collect highly accurate "position data" as you travel. This data can be recorded without a WiFi or mobile data connection and automatically syncs to your account on our server when your device connects to the internet. Your traveled path is displayed as a route line on a map, and privacy options let you decide who can view your map. Your map will also appear in the app for your own use.

Share your Tracker map link with selected friends and family so they can view your tracking on any device using the Tracker app or on the ExplorOz website. Ask them to download this app - it's free!

Install Tracker on other family devices to monitor their movements (e.g., ensuring children reach school safely, tracking a partner who runs or cycles, or monitoring a family member on holiday). Simply log in to the app with your Member account to control the settings. Each app download is free!

APP FEATURES
-Tracks online & offline
-Automatically syncs & updates your personal map
-Uses Geofences to hide your movement in sensitive areas
-Includes Save/Edit tools
-Allows viewing of tracking from multiple devices within one app
-No maps to download or use within this app (this is not a navigation or mapping app)

GPS OPERATION:
For Tracking, your device must have an inbuilt or external GPS to show the current position and use navigation features. If you have a WiFi-only iPad, connect an external GPS receiver.

NETWORK CONNECTION:
While tracking can occur without an internet connection, a network connection is required to sync all stored position data to your personal Tracking map.

BATTERY USAGE:
Tracking can be done while the app runs in the background and with the screen-saver on. Note that GPS usage may decrease battery life.

Download ExplorOz Tracker now and start your adventure!

## ExplorOz Tracker Reviews in Australia

### ***-- "Needs to show speed every up load"
Speed helps distinguish driving from walking
-- Couldbelucky, 2023-11-14

### *---- "Don’t waste your money"
This app simply doesn’t work. The main app (ExplorOz Traveller) is very good but this “tracker” app is a complete waste of money. The reason I got it was to know where family members are during remote camping/4WD trips, where there’s no phone or internet reception. Have tried it a couple of times and it doesn’t work. Just constantly get a “working on it” message. Absolute rubbish app. Very disappointed.

Also - the developer replied to another dissatisfied customer “it’s a free app”. This is a lie!! You can download the app for free but have to be a paid member to actually use it!!!!
-- GetFlicked, 2023-09-14

### ***** "Great App"
Awesome App that does what we wanted. Navigation on 4x4 and remote tracks, and someone at home can track our location and know exactly where we are in case of an emergency.
-- Soz.1962, 2023-04-10

### ***** "Works great"
And simple to use
-- 123Bear124, 2022-12-24

### ***-- "Glitchy"
Saved the app tab on my iPhone 12 Home Screen but keeps switching it to tracker app and all I get on that is blank settings screen, I then have to open it thru purchased apps (which I have) in App Store. Works well when I can get it TO WORK.
-- such1slife, 2022-08-31

### ***** "Tracker"
Got the Tracker app last week and once set up had to go for a drive to see that it worked ok, traveled some 120ks, on return to home found that it was almost dead accurate. Wonderful app for those who travel, as we do, but unfortunately not at the moment.
-- baznpud, 2022-06-18

### ***** "Review app"
Very good app so far still learning about it.
The main thing I will use it for is driving around farm property’s. I need to be able to make a snail trail around the farm paddocks so when I go to a farm I will have a trail to follow.
Hopefully I can use this feature

### ***** "Great app"
Easy to use.
-- Jains k, 2021-12-10

### ***** "Fantastic App"
I’ve used the ExplorOz Tracker app for a few years now… love it. So easy to use.. just open the app, hit the toggle button and it starts tracking. I’ve been around Oz a few times with a lot of remote travel… my family can track me virtually real time… which gives me and my family peace of mind. I don’t travel without it. Thumbs up from me :)
-- FishFJ, 2021-11-15

### ***** "Tracker is awesome"
Have now made 4 maps of treks and it’s so easy and a great record.
