Description

The Express Plus Centrelink mobile app makes it easy for you to manage your Centrelink information online. To use the app, you'll need to have a Centrelink online account linked to your myGov account. With Express Plus Centrelink, you can do most things you can do in your Centrelink online account, without the need to visit an office or wait on hold. Here's what you can do using the app:

• View and update your personal details, including study.
• Report your employment income.
• View and update your family income estimate and payment choices.
• Check your payments.
• Upload documents to Centrelink.
• View your Child Care Subsidy details.
• Apply for or repay an advance payment.
• Track the progress of most online claims.
• View your Centrelink letters.
• Manage your Energy Bill Relief consent.
• View and manage your Centrelink appointments by adding reminders to your personal calendar.
• View digital copies of your Centrelink concession or health care cards.

If you use a BasicsCard or if your payments are income managed, you can manage your own money to easily check your available balance and view recent transactions on your BasicsCard.

To sign in to the app, use your myGov sign in details and create a myGov PIN. You can then use your myGov PIN to sign in to the app each time you use it.

No myGovID Support???

Trying to log back in to be able to actually use this app, and there’s no option to sign in using myGovID, which makes it impossible to log in without a username and password (which myGovID doesn’t give you)…

No improvement ..

Useless App, it would probably work better if Centrelink actually responded to Customers who use it as a means to communicate ..

Bugs and Glitches!

I have not had a single time where this app was handy. It has glitches where it alters my legal documents and jumbles them together, compresses them and uploads multiples of 1 document at a time! It also times out randomly and shuts down, as well as doubles my reporting or wipes it completely. This makes it so I have to go into a branch almost weekly because of the errors I experience with the app. Just makes things more difficult.

Won’t allow to end pay

Won’t allow you to enter hours work and amount earned. When you call Centrelink no one answer the phone and it hangs up on you… this resulting in and hour and half trip to town plus at least 2 hour wait…. FIX THIS NOW.

Why Only One Device?

One of the worst things about this app is that you can only use it with ONE device! If you try to login to the app from say an iPad after previously using it on your iPhone the registration for the iPhone is lost and you can no longer use it from that device without reregistering it (and thereby deregistering the iPad). This happens even if you have logged out of the app from the other device. This is insane! You can use the MyGov app with multiple devices, why not Centrelink Express Plus? You login to this app using your MyGov credentials just like you do with the MyGov app, so why is this app limited to only one device? And why is this information not documented anywhere? It's 2024, most people have more than one device and it's way overdue that Centrelink Express Plus recognised this fact and can be used on multiple devices.

I cannot wait until I no longer have to report on this useless app. At least once a fortnight this stupid app, which is run by people with a negative 10 IQ, this app resets itself and I have to relog back on again. Useless staff and useless app, I wish I could meet the maker of this pos and take care of them personally I really do…

Fantastic for Centrelink reporting

This app is extremely easy to use, very simple and very straightforward. I’m so grateful that I can report my job my earnings, I can report everything basically to Centrelink without having to go into Centrelink or call them. I have had delays with uploading documents but I’m assuming that’s the at their end. As always with Australian bureaucracy, they under employ and make the rest of suffer! But… this app overall is excellent for dealing with Services Australia/Centrelink

Use myGov pin it says, ummm myGov requires a 6 digit pin and this app only allows 4…. Deregistered my phone of course, although easy to reregister which is good because you’ll have to do it over and over… Please fix
