There is a problem or delay about 7-10 times a year and their customer service is incompetent. You have to call back several times to fix errors caused by express scripts employees and the app. The app is not user friendly and there isn’t even a clear and concise way of seeing your orders and fills. It is not free from Express Scripts. Yet I go back later online and Express Scripts wants me to get this particular med from them. So I have to cancel it on the Express Scripts website again. This makes you wonder if you did not respond correctly or the app is not updating correctly. I liked the fact that I could just look at one screen on my phone and it listed all my my medication‘s in the format that I could see all of them at once, but now I have to press on each one do the consent, I don’t I don’t like the format that they have now. I can’t see all the medication’s at once and it’s confusing when there are more than one message for the medication. I ended up having to call Express Scripts.
