No standing in the rain. Track your car as it arrives on a map, or call the driver when they are nearby. No more guessing where your cab might be.
Place bookings hours, days or weeks in advance. Whenever it's convenient for you.
If necessary, cancel your booking at any time. It takes seconds to place a new booking directly from the handy favourites list.
Having integrated SMS booking, we've now launched this intelligent iPhone App so you can book a taxi within 3 screen taps.
Express Taxis Kent is FREE to download and it costs you nothing to register.

It's so easy and quick to use. Download the App and register just once. Our intelligent software will suggest your favourite Pick Up locations, and you're ready to book your a car.
When you make a bookings, we'll notify you by Push Notification as your car is dispatched. We'll also inform you when your car is 2 minutes away, giving you additional details such as registration number, make, model and vehicle colour.

So lovely to have an app but it’s all over the place! Ordered a cab on Sat night which seemed suggest the next car would be 54 minutes. Perfect we thought.  The app then said it would 3 mins. We managed to be ready in time, just. Not good. 
Then we order another cab at 2315 to come home. 26 minutes time said the app.  Perfect again we thought.
Get a notification that it had been and presumably gone at 2320, even though it suggested 26 minutes for a car. Then we spot it at 2330 after we’d been offered a lift from a friend.  Driver said the “app’s all over the place”. Quite, my thoughts exactly.

I use it because there’s no Uber or bolt available in Maidstone. Its usually quick and convenient so all good on that one, however drivers and dispatch aren’t polite to black people, they won’t even greet you sometimes and generally behave like they don’t need to offer you the service. They are actually annoyed that they have to pick you up, especially if your name seems a bit foreign to them. You can be asked to exit a vehicle before you reach your destination if they feel they’ve had enough of driving you. You can also be kept in the vehicle if they think you can’t pay (even though you’re charged before a trip to make sure you can pay for the trip). Overall not great service.
