Саппорт через одно место, похоже им плевать на сервис

Потраченное время

В половине случаев рестораны отменяют заказ. С поддержки звонят через полчаса после заказа, чтобы сообщить что ресторан его не принимает.

Плохо свёрстано, но еду возят

Разработчики криворукие. На iPhone mini нельзя добавить банковскую карту тк у них НЕ ПОМЕСТИЛАСЬ КНОПКА «Добавить». Какими непрофессионалами нужно быть-то. Если логиниться со второго устройства - из первого выкидывает. Ну просто. Но еду привозят, тут норм.

Внесите изменения

Очень жду когда добавят возможность оплачивать визой. Также в новой версии убрали категорию «избранных» заведений. Все места потеряла после обновления 😒

Не принимают визу

Очень неудобно, что не принимают визу, как быть тем у кого нет узкарты!

Некомпетентный подход к работе

Неоднократно заказываю еду, и только через пол часа и более, звонят с просьбой отменить заказ из за того что не могут доставить еду или в приложении нет актуальной информации по наличию блюд.
