I paid for a month just to see how is working but once it happened i was just not able to connect to the app - any possible option didn’t work, neither vpn option - obviously because i need vpn for it. Hence No chat or support available. Not even restore apple purchases worked. Just not loading. But yeah… money gone

Do not buy it if you plan to use it in China. Did not worked for almost any possible settings. Worked only once per day for UK server for couple of seconds to few minutes. Money thrown out of the window.

The app seems great fast easy to use. It's very well optimized and VPN is fast as promised.

I hate it when they make it difficult to cancel the subscription.

I purchased it to be able to use my daily apps during my trip to China and I was fully isolated the entire trip. Not recommended at all.

It is not working in China. I paid money and connection was awful. It was almost not working.

In China, bought yearly subscription about 3 months ago and the vpn connection worked just about 3 weeks. Complaining regularly by supporting team, getting just excuses that engineers are working round o’clock on the issue but no result. Getting no information when it will be working. Oh yes, last time I’ve got a commitment that the issue will be certainly fixed before the end of my subscription. What a joke!

Always crashing. Tried to connect 100 times succeed 2 times. I will not pay for this useless service !
