Either you subscribe or you can’t test this app.
Updates come to slow
Gets blocked every couple weeks in China and takes forever for updates to get released. So it effectively does not work 30-50% of the time if you’re in China.
Free trial
Still trying to sign in for a free trial and they hit me with the cant sign in for free yiu must buy it? Dont waste your time on this app.
Fast connection
The only downside is that the app is a battery hogger!
Bad
I registered and paid for the monthly package a week ago, and since then, it hasnt been working at all.
Need Customer Service phone number
Consumers pay pretty decent money for this product; most of us work hard, aren’t rich, living paycheck to paycheck. When we invest our money and trust in a product, we appreciate having a phone number to talk to engineers, or experts when we have an issue. I am not sure if this is a universal product, but have CSA’s in each country to help us out.

Tried other companies and this is definitely the best (don’t even bother with the “free” ones). Worth the money.
Doesn’t work half of the time
Been using it for a week, and the connection gets lost every day. It is indefinitely loading when I try to sign in again, and doesn’t log me in. I use it for my desktop computer as well, and it works after I restart my laptop everyday. On one account, I even deleted this because my tech wouldn’t connect to my wifi anymore. This app doesn’t work in all countries. 6/10
