Just spent some money on the subscription before coming to china and hasn’t worked once, causing alot of problems. I emailed them and all it said was since it’s china there’s bound to be a lot of problems without offering any actual solution.
I can’t connect it from last 4 days in china this can’t connect i try many times and diffraction location

Would be a five star app. But no matter what device iPad 5th generation or iPhone 15 pro or search engine or browser is used links for Fred Meyer and others give the following ERROR > This site can't be reached The network connection was lost. Try re-typing the URL, or opening a search engine and searching for the new URL. NSURLErrorNetworkConnectionLost I thank the developer for their response. But I have already let my subscription expire. With no plans of returning any time soon. I have gone with another VPN app available in the App Store. It works flawlessly and is less expensive!
This app is ridiculous. Tell me I’ve got to update it myself. Gave me instructions to do so but they left out the most important part. Why doesn’t it update itself? Not worth the money.
It worked for a few hours when I first landed in Beijing, then it totally stopped working. Can’t connect.
Contacted support and no help. They just said you’re right it’s not working. Their solution, use iPhone or iPad for stocks and news! Really not happy!
This needs updating.
