I am a long time Express VPN user. This service used to be one of the best if not the best available a few years ago. Since then, using this service in China has been nearly impossible. I have to keep trying so many servers and weaker security protocols to try and get better speeds and reliability. Yet somehow the speed keeps getting worse. If you are in China, do NOT buy this. I am regretting my purchase. It does have some really nice features like split tunneling on other platforms as well as a really good customer support team. But they cannot do too much when the product being sold is rubbish. Their claim of being ‘the fastest VPN for China’ is a blatant lie.

The paid express vpn was not working for the past 5 days in China. Just updated, still not connecting through the advised countries.

Really good app, I used more than 20 VPN , I found one of the most great app Express VPN only....

Consumers pay pretty decent money for this product; most of us work hard, aren’t rich, living paycheck to paycheck. When we invest our money and trust in a product, we appreciate having a phone number to talk to engineers, or experts when we have an issue. I am not sure if this is a universal product, but have CSA’s in each country to help us out.
