DO NOT PAY ON WEBSITE- seems to be a scam where they take payment and do not renew subscription
Got this for China trip, no way this vpn work in China. Impossible to connect. They also refused to refund and no reply from customer service! Choose other VPN, they gonna just waste your money and time!
Took out the trial run, tried to terminate it before expiring. No response on chat, or email. Bot came back to saying you can’t cancel if it’s on a different device. But I’ve got a new phone. A definite scam, reported elsewhere on the net.
I paid for the one month plan and tried all the available locations, but none of them ever get me connected. It always shows traffic is blocked, never even get connected for 1 second.

Been a premium subscriber for almost 3 years. Suddenly sites I regularly visit, cannot connect to server. If I Disconnect the VPN, everything works. I’m really disappointed as this was a great app.
Never worked
App seems to perform as a good VPN. But when it is time to update software the download locks up. So, one must delete the app and start over by downloading and setting up from scratch. Very annoying.
This used to be seamless but now I have to deactivate protection to use some apps. Now I’m finding the update process is exceedingly clunky. Today it blocked access to my internet after updating - but I rely on the WiFi assist (Internet access) to get enough reception for my work agency to contact me for work offers. Or I need to do multiple restarts to get any kind of access after an update. This week I’m down to around 70% coverage. Seriously considering going to Nord. Please fix you app/ systems/ processes.
