It stoped working in China, vpnify works. When I try to contact support through computer Expressvpn app it shows mistake

The best VPN service
It’s very sad…..
I want to return the money spent on subscription (subscription was issued for 1 month)! The application in Russia did not work at all , in China worked 40 minutes with interruptions and constant reconnections! And in the end, generally stopped connecting to servers! Paid service is not supposed to work so! Free apps worked much better !

Not good works in China
Works very rarely! In days when the hpn works here is nothing to complain. Works fast, almost without delay. But 80% of the time it does not connect on either phone or on the computer. I regret buying a subscription.
