So, when the VPN is on and works, it works very good. However, it needs to use mobile data in order to work. That means that you’ll use data roaming as much as if you were using the VPN without WIFI. Travelling to China, roaming is pretty expensive and therefore the VPN is somewhat useless if you don’t have an international plan.

Som mange nok ved så er det slut med at se serie A på TV2 Play, DAZN sidder nu på de rettigheder, men de viser kun den italienske liga i Tyskland, Østrig og Sweitz! DON'T BASE YOUR TRIP TO CHINA ON EXPRESS VPN.
I bought Express VPN to keep contact while travelling in China for two weeks. In Beijing it was unstable, in Xian it was occasionally available, in Shanghai there was no service. What is really annoying is that the app tells you that the VPN is on when there is no service. This means you waste even more time trying. I wrote customer service several times, but was just send links to irrelevant support pages. I have asked for refunding. Update: The answer to this review is to contact the company again. How will this differ the third time? They claim customer support, but there is none.
