I didn't use VPN often, consequently I forgot my subscribe.. my experience mainly stems with support and refunds. - I solved most things with the chat bot then the support response was fast and friendly - the money was in the account right away - the app and VPN work without any problems

New updates cause the app to be perpetually loading. App blocks connection, cannot be turned on, only help is to delete it, restart the device. Otherwise, it more or less works ok.

It just automatically disconnects and THIS is the only vpn that does this Surfshark is way better i even use the code boss in checkout to get 3 months free

It is not best solution any more. Last 6 months only problems. Astrill is working much better.

Really really bad. It’s happening so many times that the servers doesn’t work at all even for few days. When contacting support, all they tell you is to use recommended servers and that they are working on it blablabla , always the same. I know China is trying to fight against the vpns but my peers which are using different vpns are not having problems!

Servers are almost once a month down, since March 2019 it doesn’t work at all and can’t connect neither my laptop nor iPhone to any of the servers.
