I couldn’t believe it myself my credit score was horrible, embarrassing, and extra was the start on building it back up! I started using it after 3 or 6 months, hoping it would improve my credit score. However, it didn’t make any significant changes and my credit remained stable. The customer service was also very poor, with slow and unclear communication. I decided to cancel my subscription, but I couldn’t do so directly through the app. I had to email the team to cancel, which was a hassle. When I requested to cancel, I received a very slow response. I thought my subscription had been canceled after 3 years, but it was still active. I was shocked and felt like I had been scammed. Initially, the subscription cost $8 per month, but it was later raised to $20 per month. I felt like this was a waste of my money.
