It’s the weird great uncle that gets invited to every Thanksgiving — not because we enjoy his inappropriate jokes and conspiracy theories, but because he’s the last remaining memory of your beloved late great aunt. We begrudgingly accept that we must filter through an inbox full of hundreds of spam and digest emails daily because you’re holding out for that job offer, wedding invite, or the rare personal email from your friend. Some have given up their humanity completely and keep an inbox of thousands of unread and uncategorized messages. Extra has made email far more enjoyable and intuitive. Organization is user-friendly. Search works again and has been redefined. Email drafting is no longer a chore. Important emails make their way to a front page that is focused and action-oriented. Categorized tabs let you spent your time how you want to spend it (shopping, news, events, social). Receipts and package notifications are consolidated on one page. Cleaning up and unsubscribing from digests are simplified. Gmail has been asleep at the wheel on user experience. There is a new paradigm. -- JK11364, 2026-04-23 ### ***** "Amazing app - declutter your inbox" I’m so happy to have found Extra. I unsubscribed to over 30 unwanted emails subscriptions within seconds of downloading the app, and I am enjoying the user interface so much. Separating emails out by categories just makes sense and feels very natural. It saves me time every day and makes my experience interacting with email so much better overall! -- art44444, 2026-04-22 ### ***** "Efficient" AI responses are amazing. Saving me tons of time. AI search also great -- BergerDz, 2026-04-22 ### **--- "Overwhelming than it needs to be." The UI is so overwhelming with so much text on the Home Screen. Jeez. -- Python2586, 2026-04-22 ### ***** "Best email app!" LOVE using extra, it has everything I need and makes managing my email so simple!! -- ❤️ camille ❤️, 2026-04-22 ### ***** "Love the personal assistant feature" Am loving the app so far, esp the feel of having a personal assistant in your email. Makes replying so easy and fast, and am really loving the Today tab that turns things in my inbox into action items according to priority. -- Limeowy, 2026-04-22 ### ***** "Refreshing take on email" Extra has been helping me manage my inbox and sorting through all the noise. -- Robisonpdx, 2026-04-22 ### ***** "Love Extra" Switched from Gmail and won’t go back. Extra helps me stay on top of my day by surfacing the most important things on the Today tab. I love using the assistant to quickly get through emails. Can’t recommend Extra enough! -- steveram, 2026-04-21 ### ***** "Switched over" Extra is the only email app that truly helps me stay on top of my day. The Today tab is a game changer and I don’t have to pay $250/mo for Google’s AI Inbox. Extra is free. -- taroprincess78, 2026-04-21 ### ***** "A little extra is just right" I’ve used them all, and Extra Email has by far been the most sensible and powerful email service to date. Thanks for lowering my anxiety and adding value instead of more noise. -- Pablo Escargot, 2026-04-21 [View all Extra reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Extra Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/canada) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/spain) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/united-kingdom) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/australia) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/india) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/new-zealand) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/japan) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/singapore) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/sweden) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/norway) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/taiwan) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/finland) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/south-korea) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/denmark) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/switzerland) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/ireland) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/latvia) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/mexico) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/extra-your-lifes-inbox-Qusz/netherlands) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
