## ExtraMile® Reviews in United States

### *---- "Cigarette rewards don’t work"
I switched over to the new extra mile app and it seems way more confusing. And I don’t always receive my loyalty discount on my 2 packs of cigarettes. Sometimes it works and then times it doesn’t.
-- lilo0930, 2024-12-17

### *---- "Old app was better"
The old app was easier to use. I can’t find my club card punches on the new app.
-- MJ75S, 2024-12-09

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
I try to put in my phone number and I have an account but it doesn’t even work. It doesn’t let me log in OR sign up. This new app don’t even work and my phone number when I enter it doesn’t even work you know how embarrassing that it I’m tryna get a drink and I can’t even get one cause it don’t work.
-- Himguruma, 2024-12-03

### *---- "need work"
it worse i can nit find my sheild and extra rewards at all

use to be good but new app is 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
-- impersia, 2024-12-03

### *---- "No more barcode in app?!"
How am I supposed to benefit off of rewards at the gas station if they can’t scan in my account?
-- A.Real.Person, 2024-12-02

### **--- "Doesn’t allow Google Voice numbers"
I’ve been using a Google Voice number for years at Chevron and Albertsons, but this recent change/update no longer allows its use, causing me to lose my purchase history
-- iCode Red, 2024-11-24

### **--- "Old app was better"
It just feels like such a downgrade
-- Mr. B__, 2024-11-23

### ***-- "Club card punches"
Club card punches feature seems to be missing. I couldn’t find it on the app anywhere. There is a thumbnail advertising the club card punches but tapping on it does nothing.
-- Maecus 384, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Number verification error"
This new app does not allow me to use my phone number.
Customer service also is no help. The problem is with your app developers limiting phone numbers.
-- joedavenport, 2024-11-21

### *---- "No more drink rewards and extras??"
Had 3 extras and app changed also fountain drinks and no longer an option. Will have to find another station. Rocket I hear is great.
