Great app but I just wished you can set it up where I can add the barcode to my Apple wallet.

I’m out in an unfamiliar area where all the gas is very expensive so this reward really worked out for me

UPDATE: Still worthless. I always get a message that tells me I’m too far from my selected station when I’m parked right next to the pump. It worked one time 2 years ago. Has never worked since. I can be standing right by the pump and the app tells me there’s no station near me. I am never able to use it because it tells me I’m not at a station. Worthless

This app, which I have had for several years, that used to work great, stopped working for me a month ago. I went to use it and it wanted me to login. Since then I have made 5 phone calls, spent 5 + hours on the phone, speaking to approximately 20 different people to NO AVAIL!!! Somehow in the confusion the default payment is no longer my Exxon credit card, it is Apple Pay. No one seems to be able to help me correct!!! Today I just used my credit card and did not receive rewards points! This SHOULD NOT be this complicated!

I used to love this app but for the past couple weeks, every time I try to use it, it gives me an error message and says to try another time. Exxon is the cheapest gas station by me and I can’t even use my rewards. I tried resetting my password and still get the same error. I can’t create a new account because my phone number is associated with this one. Had to start using another rewards company just to save on fuel. I drive over 600 miles a week, I definitely need my rewards points!

I haven’t used this in a while because the app must’ve changed and I wasn’t able to select the pump and pay that way. But I went in and changed my password and I was able to pay at the pump using the app on my mobile phone.

Ever since update several months ago, I have not been able to sign in. Emails say my account doesn't exist, Apple and phone number say an account exists and there is no help button. Unfortunately for me I am mostly surrounded by Exxons, but I fill up other places when I can. I do like the convenience of not running my card at pump.

It’s 2024 why bother with the facial recognition if you’re going to expire it? Want to use the app while I’m on the road but have to keep re-signing in because facial recognition was disabled by the app/vendor. I’ll just buy my gas elsewhere now because password reset every other week is just untenable.

I’ve tried multiple times to add my Exxon Mobil card to my app, each time I get an error saying no phone number is listed in my acct call Exxon Mobil . Verified all my info was correct, active and should be no issues, yet here we are, can’t load card. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app 2x , still same issue.
