I had to use it because of my work, but it does not work properly

Took many attempts to login, always with the same credentials and eventually worked… for a bit… and then inexplicably logged me out.

This app is a useful tool. But the browser's web version is not helpful. It's keeping log out every 2 mins.

Very useful and easy to use app

I gave it 4 stars because the last time I tried to use the benefit I could not. I went to Target optical and according to them my expense was going to be $100 less not using EYEMED. I got the comparison but I needed new glasses so I went with the flow. Let’s see what happens this time… I will find another facility

can you fix it so that the eyemed card can be added to Apple wallet? Whenever I try, it says it can’t pull the pass into the wallet.

I’ve been using this app to work with my employer provided eye insurance and find it pretty much useless. I end up having to call them for the info that should be available in the app. Waste of time.

There are no settings to adjust the font size. I have my personal settings to the lowest size font available (85%), and I still can’t read everything on the page. And the headers are too low for me to read in landscape mode.

So easy to use that I was really surprised getting the pricing done estimates writer in front of me. Very easy to use. So far, I love this app.

My husband and request a list of in network providers. Representative said they were emailing to us at the email provided and never received. 😔
