The EyeTV app turns your iPad and iPhone into the ultimate portable television! Access the EyeTV software and hardware running on your Mac at home anywhere you have an LTE/3G or Wi-Fi connection.

App Features

Easy Setup
There is no need to reconfigure your local Wi-Fi network. Simply activate the option "iPhone/iPad Sharing" in the EyeTV preferences. Sometimes, fully automatic configuration may not be possible outside of your local network. Please see www.geniatech.eu for details.
If you’re using the OS X firewall, be sure to allow incoming connections for both EyeTV and EyeConnect. EyeTV uses port 2170. If that doesn’t let you connect, try turning off the firewall and turning it back on again.

Requirements
• Mac with OS X 10.6.8 or later
• EyeTV 3.6.5 or later with compatible TV tuner
• iPad Air, iPad (iPad 2 or later), iPad mini, iPhone (iPhone 4 or later) or iPod touch (5th generation) with iOS 7.0.4 or later

Lost possibility to see future TV guide

Can only see today’s Programm and cannot look into the coming days. This used to work in the pat.

Funktioniert nicht mehr gescheit auf dem neuen ios10

stark abgebaut

Aktuell funktioniert die App (und die zugehörige auf dem Mac) nicht mehr tadellos: Keine Daten im EPG (obwohl am Mac vorhanden) und myeyetv funktioniert nicht mehr (also kein Zugriff mehr von unterwegs).

Aufnehmen nicht möglich

Aufnehmen ist nicht mehr möglich, das Tagesprogramm der einzelnen Sender ist nicht mehr zu sehen

Gut gemachte App, um Video zu Hause zu streamen

Ich habe die App sowohl auf meinem iPad als auch auf dem iPhone in Kombination mit einem EyeTV Sat an meinem Mac im Einsatz - und (mittlerweile) läuft diese Kombination sehr gut. Das Streaming im lokalen WLAN funktioniert klaglos (so lange ich meinen älteren Mac nicht mit dem HD-Echtzeit-Streaming überfordere - bei einem schnelleren Gerät wäre das sicher anders). Und auch die App läuft schon seit einiger Zeit deutlich flotter und zuverlässiger als z.B. noch 2013. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Funktioniert gar nicht

die App wäre toll, wenn sie funktionieren würde. bei mir hat zwei Wochen alles super funktioniert und ab heute geht nichts mehr.

Wird immer schlechter

Nach dem Update funktioniert es noch schlechter und das im W-Lan Netz , damit meine ich jetzt keine Hd Sender . Bild friert ein Ton läuft weiter und das mit einer sehr geringen Auflösung, verwendet wird ein iPhone 6. Absoluter Müll Leute vorher Testen bevor man es veröffentlicht
