After the latest Update the TV-guide Can only show the programs for the rest of today. Now you can’t jump one or several days and therefore the guide is useless. Also we are still waiting for the possibility to search in the TV-guide...
The app hasn’t been updated for a while and fx the TV guide doesn’t work anymore.
But lacks a few features - such as Chromecast support and the time it takes to make recordings ready for the ipad/iphone are to slow :-(
I really miss this feature!
Missing is to Chromecast and/or Airplay...
Launching an update that require IOS9 is simply not OK. I’ve been using eyetv for many years, but now it’s been made useless on all my non IOS9 devices. You are most welcome to support IOS9 but don’t make it a requirement. At least not for a couple of years.
This could have been an awesome app, but unfortunately it’s missing some key features (for me)… - I have 4 tuners, but with this app I can only use one at the time, so my kids can’t watch cartoons on their iPads while I watch football on mine. - Administrating of recordings is really bad, its not possible to e.g. delete a recording with the app - It’s not possible to create Smart Guides with the app (major feature in the Mac version of the software) To me it seems like Elgato has dropped developing their software (Both OSX and iOS versions) it’s been a long time since we have seen new features - sadly because there is very much potentials, but right now it just seems like a cash cow and that Elgato is just trying to milk the last money out of the market.
I often find live TV is vert unstabile, all though I use low res (both on wifi and mobile broadband). It is also VERY heavy to use with itunes. Ekaport is super bad.
Super app, virker perfekt ude og hjemme, dog mangler der lidt på tv guide siden, kun få kanaler vises og der er ikke helt klart om man kan købe sig til en fungerende epg, eller om det der medfølger bare skal sættes anderledes op. Syntes der er lidt for mange tryk før man kan vælge kanal og se tv.men det er småting, bruger epg funktionen så man lige kan sætte eyetv til at optage mens man er på arbejde eller lign
Det virker rigtig og helt efter hensigten. Jeg synes dog, at der skulle være mulighed for at planlægge en optagelse ved at taste alt ind selv, ligesom det lader sig gøre i app'en på Mac. Altså uden brug af tv-guiden, som desværre ikke er for god..
