## EyezOn Mobile Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Allow user to change sound"
The *ding dong* sounds just like my front door bell. Still haven’t gotten use to it. Please allow customizations to the sound.
-- Slayer of Youth, 2026-02-14

### ***-- "Needs widgets"
Love this service but the app needs improvement. For one arm/disarm and status widgets.
-- Bearcub_blue, 2025-10-22

### ***** "It does everything"
It does EVERYTHING my wall keypads do only from ANYWHERE! This is awesome. And only took 5 minutes to install the board.
-- Fruitfly27, 2025-09-07

### ***** "Excellent product and service"
Top notch product and service. It allows us to use old Honeywell or DSC wired security system. They even made a new UNO but I am still satisfied with the Honeywell 20P.
-- AndyReviewWow, 2025-05-16

### ***-- "Code Entry Keypad Has Changed On iPad"
The last couple of app updates (within the last two weeks or so), have changed the method for entering the arming/disarming numeric code on my iPad. Previously, upon selecting to arm or disarm, a numeric keypad would be displayed; now a full alpha numeric keyboard is displayed. Please bring back the more simple numeric keypad for entry of alarm code numbers. Better yet, allow for arming and disarming with Face ID.
-- AlphaBravo9, 2024-12-05

### **--- "Not great"
Trouble signing in, clunky. Poor interface, slow loading. Will not keep me signed in. It’s so bad I’m considering leaving EyezOn completely. Really not happy.
-- Pard1971, 2024-11-05

### **--- "App stopped working after years of use"
At one point, I loved this app. There have been three issues recently.

1. Several months ago the system stopped sending me texts and I could only get push notifications. Thus, I set my sound for the push notification to an obnoxious sound so I wouldn’t miss them. This was a decent fix, but not ideal.

2. I updated the app last night. It changed the sound to a doorbell sound that we can’t change.

3. Today, it stopped sending me push notifications completely. I went to log onto the app so I could see why and the app no longer allows me to log on with my current username and password.

I’d love to have this app back to the way it worked a year ago. Thanks.
-- ellusionMusic.com, 2024-11-03

### *---- "Just black screen"
It’s just showing me a blank black screen.
-- PT alarm, 2024-10-24

### ***-- "2 steps forward and 1 step back"
The latest update changed the arming/disarming push notification sound to a doorbell. It’s so bad, I finally had to turn sound notifications off. Please fix
-- Abe Froman 1, 2024-10-06

### ***-- "Phone calls not working"
My wife and I logged into the new UI and now both our phones can’t make outgoing calls or receive calls. They are both stuck on SOS.
-- Phone call glitch, 2024-09-30
