## EZ-Link app (discontinued) Reviews in Singapore

### *---- "Top up & apps displaying info issue"
Still having xmas mood is it? Now having issue displaying info & top up, u are damn “GOOD”👎👎👎 And dun try to deceive us with those 5 stars comments, most of them are so obviously fake…
-- YJLJas, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Transaction Delay"
Useless for tracking transactions, take so long for the transaction to reflect in the app, what is the point
-- Cheynola3735, 2024-12-19

### ***** "Excellent upgrade"
Easy to use.
-- Asimalajdhwinqbddid, 2024-12-18

### ***** "Very convenient"
Help to ease off a lot of issues
-- dan37•C, 2024-12-17

### ***** "Nice"
Nice
-- Sgk2010, 2024-12-14

### *---- "Horrible frustrating app"
Setting shows that you have added a card but you cannot change top up to said onboarded card. System times out and card cannot clear the holding charge.
-- RasulRam, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Crashed app"
I was about to use an expiring reward and this silly app has tons of errors which caused missing reward!!!! What are your developers doing!!??
-- Feijilao, 2024-12-09

### *---- "Not functioning as it should"
I tried adding my bank card to the system thinking for an easier seamless TopUp.
Guess what?
Not only did I got numerous error but this app deducted 10 cents for every failure.
And the bank card is not even added to the system yet.
Imagined getting a bank statement indicating they deducted money from your bank card and the app still refused to let me TopUp using my card.
Don’t go scamming people of their hard earned money.
Get a proper Software Engineer to make this app usable to the general public.
-- Hatchbackz, 2024-12-08

### *---- "Unable to change / delete payment card for auto top up."
Unable to change or delete existing debit or credit card, when added new card the process fail and give an error l, thus new credit card is somehow add for auto top up but cannot use, old or expired credit/ debit card unable to remove or delete. TEST YOUR APP before releasing to the public!
-- Fellowes1, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Buggy unfinished app"
1 of the worst app I have ever used. Full of bugs and always offline
-- Nknknk1234, 2024-12-01
