## EZ Link Setup Reviews in United States

### *---- "What’s the purpose?"
What’s the purpose? Why have an app to open your music player? I thought it would come with a free playlist or something, but no.. it just opens up music apps you already have downloaded. Sure, there’s a “free” playlist on YouTube but if you don’t have YouTube premium then you’ll be listening to ads for ages. …On a good note, connecting was easy but that’s it. There’s no fun interface to select songs.
-- Hduosnrc, 2025-08-22

### *---- "Works kind of"
We set up the app with an Encanto machine and when we click the ez link button once or long press it it goes to the same playlist. It won’t play just Encanto music like the app says it will.
-- Deecemeister, 2025-04-07

### **--- "Allow me to explain"
Because I was totally uncertain what the app even did. We got the Frozen microphone Dec 2024, one for each of our kids (3yo and almost 2). The almost 2 yr old repeatedly pushes the biggest button, which is the one that does nothing but tell you to connect the EZ Link app. So the way it works (if you can get it to connect which took a few tries) is that you have to have the app open while your kid pushes the button and then it opens your music app to the frozen soundtrack. You have to then push play on your music app on your phone…. And the music plays on your phone. It’s not so helpful. It would actually be more helpful and fewer taps for me to say “hey siri, play frozen”.
-- MPSwen, 2025-02-01

### *---- "Failed Christmas present"
App will not connect to device. I don’t understand the need for an app at all for an audio streaming device it seems extremely redundant. If the goal is to make the experience easier for the customer it adds a layer of complexity. For reference I run a dealership service department and have an extensive home theater seat up and am well above “technology savy”
And can not get this app to work or communicate. Good luck, bought a Bluetooth microphone and paired it my receiver and my girls are having much more fun.

### ***** "Beware of User Error"
Like the others who have given this app a high rating, I’d like to say that I think maybe the low ratings are user error. If you have it on, and set on Bluetooth, it connects easily and quickly and works perfectly fine.
-- Emilena86, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
I’ve tried many many times and doesn’t work
-- amgvap, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Terrible app"
Doesn’t work in the slightest. Disney and the company behind this app should be ashamed.
-- No1742-,)77, 2024-12-25

### **--- "Doesn’t work👺"
I tried it for 50 times it does not work. Don’t download it right now.👹👺👺👺👺👺👺👺👺👺
-- Fact fgu cut ugvbugvvbb, 2024-11-30

### *---- "doesnt work"
i was connecting it and it wouldnt show up. this made me stressed out and i even had it on on and not demo
-- Angela4411, 2024-10-07

### *---- "Uhhh"
I have trying to set this up for an hour, it won't work. What the heck is a ez link button? It does not tell me how to get to blue tooth mode. I did everything it said to do. It has been stressing me so much. All I wanted to do is play karaoke, instead it turned into a stressful night karaoke
