EZ TAG Express

This app does not allow use outside the USA so I can’t see the fees and violations. I cannot even close the account over the phone.

In visiting Houston for a week I thought I would try to save a few dollars by using this app instead of paying the toll tag daily charge to the rental car company. Turns out it is far easier to just to pay the rental car company. I was never able to get past the login screen.

Like the other reviewer, I downloaded this app to use when I was in Houston on business. My rental car still got charged as well as the EZ Tag taking money and I can’t log on to get a refund of the $40 I still have loaded. Dreadful.

I loaded this app whilst on holiday in Texas, thinking it might help with travel. However, I didn’t need it, tried to get on web site from UK, to cancel and get money back, web doesn’t work so rang them, took 20 minutes to get a form sent to me for me to fill on line, whilst holding on the phone, to be told after cancelling the account I must wait 45 days for my refund, so folks don’t use it, it’s trash and ain’t worth the hassle. My advise is avoid Houston.

Establishing an account was easy and my tolls in Houston showed up after a couple of days. That delay is the only reason I didn’t give five stars. It’s unnerving not knowing when the tolls will show up. But, they did. Next time I’d trust the app.

I can’t update my payment. I can’t login on safari because it pushes you back to the app which does not work. All that money in tolls and you can’t pay for a developer to create a usable app.

The app ALWAYS tells me to update my payment method, and I have done that like 3 or 4 time already. It is a bit annoying, so you should fix these types of issues; it does not make sense…

App still down. Will take my money when it’s time to add money, but I can’t change vehicles. Called help line and was told app is down but being worked on…my wife’s app still works. I think it’s an attempt to get everyone to go to the new app…sad!

Do not bother wasting your time with this trash app. The app is inoperable more times than not. Incompetence of government fully illustrated with this app.

It won’t log in keeps saying it’s under maintenance called the number y’all said to call on the app and they are even saying due to maintenance we can’t pay with them either Yall need to get it together before I have to pay a fine
