How it works:
- Open the ezBike app and find the closest bike
- Reserve the bike for 15 minutes
- Head to the bike
- Scan the QR code on the bike's handle to unlock the bike
- Put on your helmet and go!
- You can pause your ride by clicking the Pause Ride button on the app and resume by clicking Resume Ride
- To end your ride, park the bike at any green zone and hit End Ride on the app
ezBike doesn’t require a driver’s license but, we strongly recommend abiding by all traffic laws!

Poor experience
The rates are very messed up. The bike turns off way before the time for what you paid for. I paid 500 and the bike turned off after 15 minutes.

I had a really scary experience with EZ Bike in f6 Islamabad yesterday, and I want to warn others about it. My family and I were having a nice day out when two people on an EZ Bike started following us. They showed us our ID cards and wouldn't leave us alone. It went on for 15 minutes, and they ignored our pleas for privacy and made us feel really uncomfortable. What's even worse is that they didn't care that there were girls with us. It's not right for anyone to invade our privacy and harass us like that. It shows that EZ Bike doesn't care about keeping their users safe. After going through this, I strongly recommend not using the EX Bike app or giving them your ID card information. Their security measures are clearly not good enough, and they don't prioritize the safety and comfort of their users, especially girls. This negligence is very worrying and could be dangerous. So, please be careful if you're thinking about using EZ Bike. It's really disappointing to have experiences like this that make us lose trust in services like EZ Bike. They should be responsible for creating a safe environment for their users and making sure incidents like the one my family and I went through never happen again. After that they charge us penalty
Scam/ fraud
I tried to top up my wallet on ezbike through easypaisa and the money transferred but it never came to the wallet and there’s nothing I can do about it except write a review because there’s no contact support or any help.

forgot my pin so tried the forgot pin feature, but to my surprise it’s there just for a show because when ur entering ur new pin and confirming it it keeps saying invalid for some reason🤡
