So far…. I have ordered twice. first breakfast my fruit parfait was missed. It was confirmed on my order. 2nd day for breakfast the order was doubled. 2nd day lunch I requested certain items be removed from my dish. They were not.! So far Your score is a 1…! very poor accuracy on ordering..!!! -- willewonka3965, 2024-11-08 ### *---- "Lunch has become much worse with Relish" Update: the customer team replied and blamed our plan administrator. Of course they are right in a sense, but the plan administrator says that Relish’s sales reps recommended the levels of subsidy that were set so ultimately Relish’s recommendation is what led to the poor decision. 1 star I work at a company that used to bring in large amounts of catering platters once a week until a Relish Vendor reached out. They sold our company on the idea of Relish and also made the recommendation to cap Lunch at $17 per person. In the city like San Francisco this means almost everything on most menus is no longer provided free lunch has now become subsidized lunch. The company save some money,Relish earned a bunch, and we just have worse lunches. Big thanks to the relish rep who made this possible.🙄 -- Tony Dano, 2024-10-03 ### *---- "Curious who rated?" My company pays $8 per Relish order as cafeteria is under construction. I mostly pay $6 to $10 to cover the remaining. The main complaint I have is the same order I make through Relish is with much smaller portion and lower quality compared to the same order at the same restaurant. Some of orders look like made in the previous day. Relish does not look like they even care about the reviews. When I ordered from one of the listed restaurants , the portion was 1/3 of the same food as I get from exactly the same restaurant. Refund requests takes days or ignored. -- CA0070, 2024-08-30 ### ***** "Delicious Desert" We have never tasted more delicious desert than this caramel flan ever before. 🤤🤤🤤. -- Fady106, 2024-06-28 ### ***** "Papa John’s" I love papa John’s!! -- Emo res, 2024-04-22 ### ***-- "Mediocre Food option" Too often the food is mediocre and a poor value -- jcolgs, 2024-04-03 ### *---- "A running late lunch" My experience with Relish is very bad as ~30% of my orders were late delivered. -- Sabrina Gama, 2023-12-20 ### ***** "🥰" Very good -- Renign, 2023-11-02 ### *---- "Cut off time inaccurate" I try to put my order in before the cutoff time and it tells me it’s sold out. How am I supposed to eat lunch! -- Bootyfinga, 2023-09-14 ### ***-- "More features needed" Overall good. No errors, and the app has a nice design. It'd be great if I can search what previous orders or restaurants I had (in the My Orders section). Also, get a notification when a restaurant in almost sold out of food? -- Yat Sen, 2023-08-06 [View all ezCater Meal Program  reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to ezCater Meal Program  - [Dig Inn: Fresh Bowls & Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/dig-inn-fresh-bowls-rewards-HQL/united-states) - [Flour Bakery Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/flour-bakery-rewards-ReLb/united-states) - [Zerocater](https://apptail.io/app/zerocater-SeLb/united-states) - [Fooda - Office Lunch Services](https://apptail.io/app/fooda-office-lunch-services-UeLb/united-states) - [CookUnity Business (Fraîche)](https://apptail.io/app/cookunity-business-fraiche-WeLb/united-states) - [HUNGRY Foods](https://apptail.io/app/hungry-foods-XeLb/united-states) - [Foodsby: Local Food Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/foodsby-local-food-delivery-YeLb/united-states) - [Life Alive](https://apptail.io/app/life-alive-ZeLb/united-states) - [Peach - Food & Marketplace](https://apptail.io/app/peach-food-marketplace-afLb/united-states) - [Trackerr](https://apptail.io/app/trackerr-GtOc/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
