Highly recommended. -- Hjkyfh, 2025-03-05 ### *---- "Haven’t Updated" Can’t clock in or out , app hasn’t been updated over a year! What the heck ? -- Lost86enter, 2025-01-03 ### ****- "Nothing is Perfect but This is Close" I’ve been using the app for several years. It’s great at helping me keep track of my time and pay for different clients who all have different rates. I usually don’t have any issues but when I do it’s almost always the same two issues: 1. The job list code field disappears. So while the hours are calculated correctly the pay is not. 2. The calculated pay is generally several cents off. Not a big deal, more of a minor irritation. But both issues are easily fixed on my end when I don’t have time to reach out to customer support. Support has always been easy to work with: super responsive and get things fixed fairly quickly. I just wish I didn’t have these issues every few months. All in all it’s the only app I’ve found that truly suits my needs. Nothings perfect but for me it’s pretty close. -- Maddi Bleu, 2024-09-13 ### ***** "Love this app" I have been using this app for over 7 years. It is wonderful. I’ve only had two issues during those 7 years and support fixed the immediately. I’d recommend this app to everyone. -- DeniseQ17, 2024-09-12 ### ***** "happy customer" anytime i have had a issue it is easily resolved and fixed idealistic customer service -- sojahf150, 2024-03-20 ### ***** "Great app and great customer service" Update: everything was fixed!! The job list is a great feature, allowing me to keep track of more than one job with different hours/rates. Customer support responded so quickly and fixed the issue right away :) This is a great app, I’ve been using it to track my work hours. I just tried to subscribe so that I can use the Job List feature and track more than one job. After subscribing and getting the free month trial, I still couldn’t access the Job List tab, and then I realized all my previous hours and data had been deleted. Now I can’t see any of the hours I logged for previous work weeks. Is there any way for this to be fixed? -- Sofija81, 2024-02-27 ### ***** "I clocked out of work at 11:30 A.M." Anela clocked out of work at 11:300 -- Anela Venne Stevens, 2023-06-17 ### ***** "Easy. Accurate." Been using ezClock for years. Great app easy to use. Neatest feature has got to be the ability to look back on old records. -- nickdcron, 2023-05-02 ### ***** "Great customer service and app" I have been using this app for a year now and have been so pleased with the program. In addition, customer service is always so helpful whenever I had any questions or issues. 5 stars! -- Grazie!
