## EZdiag Reviews in United States

### *---- "Used to be great"
Apple should remove this from the store. It no longer works on ios17 and the manufacturer seems to have no interest in updating it to work. Messaged the manufacturer and doesn’t seem there will be ongoing support so there goes all the software packages I bought. Bought a real scan tool instead since can’t guarantee future support with app based products.

### *---- "Stopped working !"
This thing used to work amazingly back in the day.. spent HUNDREDS of dollars to download the diagnostic softwares for several manufacturers, and for some reason the “old version “ stopped working and it asks u to download the “new version” which doesn’t support or even showwww any manufacturers ! Fix it guys! It used to be the magic stick !!
-- MaTRiX_Tm3, 2024-03-06

### *---- "Don’t work"
I emailed the company icarscan they said that the EZdiag app doesn’t work with the ios17 why don’t they fix it
-- Vafirefighter49, 2024-01-13

### ***-- "Great wok but not working on ios 17"
Great fitment but the app not working on ios 17 needs updates !!
-- desert.fox, 2024-01-08

### *---- "Stopped working completely in 10/23"
In October of 2023, this app stopped working completely and asks you to update it but there is no update. Similar apps from Launch will not work with the connector either. It was actually an ok tool while it was working for me. Had it for 6 years and it paid for itself many many times over so to be honest, i’m not even mad. We had a good run.
-- TeamLivewire, 2023-11-18

### *---- "Stopped working"
Not working at all
-- brapip, 2023-11-06

### *---- "Asks to update. But there is NO update available"
When I try to update some makes it asks me to update the app, but there is no update
-- Blrbrest, 2022-08-06

### *---- "Keep crashing"
I have lexus ls460 and when i tried to diagnose my car the apps keeping crashes
-- Mohamad sallal, 2020-03-11

### **--- "Great; when it works!"
This app and solution works great when it actually works; right now after the latest updates the ‘new version’ stopped working completely and only the old version works.
FIX IT GUYS; they never respond to emails and complaints and that is a SHAME for such a nice solution.
-- Osama229922, 2020-01-19

### *---- "Absolutely garbage"
I bought easydiag connector about 3 years ago and to say I’ve not been able to use more than I have is an understatement. Every time I plug this thing in there is a different issue. Every time they update the app there is a new issue. I’ve been able to work around them until now, connector is now a desk ornament. Never again will I buy a launch product
