I made sure I filled the car with fuel more than how much I received but they still charged me 35dhs for fuel. I called their customer service to complain and they told me to give them 2-3 working days to investigate the issue but no one ever reached out to me again. I will never use them again.
None of the reviews are positive its scary. All legit complaints with detailed descriptions of what they experienced and from real people. Shud be ashamed of yourselves to not atleast try to improve in any way possible, I mean if you want the app to succeed.
No cheating like other rent a car companies by asking extra money for existing dents when returning. Best service with pick and drop option.

I am regular customer of Ezhire since past a few years at that time this company was not much popular..!!! Collected cars from their Oud Metha Yard without any additional Charges..!!! Their service was very good at that period..!!! Since last year, whnen they became popular and their customers are increased , they are started looting their customers..!!! Insaw AED.109.99 per day for Nissan Sunny and they debited AED.129.00 per day from my bank account ..!!! Also charged Aed.10 as Oud Metha parking charges ..!!! I paid AED.360 + for two days as rental for a Nissan Sunny which was in a pathetic condition..!!! Definitely, I won’t prefer this company anymore..!!!
Literally the worst experience in my life from a rental car service. Actually just need to change the name to money laundering better. 👎🏻👎🏻 Everyone please be aware that the cards will be stored in their database and amounts will be deducted after 20-30 days saying damage caused when there are no damages.
EZhire should change their name to Difficult Hire. 2 people called me in spam of 11minutes to welcome to the app or help to book, then i need assistance of 3 other in spam of 14 minutes and what they say is the opposite of Reservation person says. Basically over calling, each employee says one thing and makes the whole process difficult. Do not recommend .
Be careful as they book and confirm cars, but don’t deliver on time, worst thing is that after multiple chats with the support line they promise new delivery times and dates and again did not deliver, o one call you back and informs you proactively, or tells you they don’t have cars available…. Seriously unreliable after the second time of not delivering the car I got promised a 7 am delivery…. Only for the whole drama to start again no car unspecific not helpful random responses from the support team and no one calling to actualy tell you what and when they will deliver the car …….. DO Not USE if you actually need a car
Poor customer service Unprofessional behavior from staff Mismanaged Overcommitment and under-delivery Fake offers Abusive staff You will have to wait for at least 2 days to get the car. If you take my suggestion book a car somewhere else don’t fall for this scam.
Do not Rent with them at all!! Warning to all who want to rent with them please do not! They do not help at all. The customer service is horrible. They charge you without even informing what the charge is and overall horrible experience with this rental company. Go with a well known brand of car rental rather than them. Nothing is done for customers and you will regret it.
