The drivers and the customer service are arrogant and don’t have compassion to the customers. Pathetic customer service! Don’t recommend to use their services! -- Candid_Reviews!, 2024-11-12 ### ***** "Amazing Service" Me and my husband must have used EziDrive services atleast 100 times. Very good drivers, smooth snd user friendly app, on time drivers, well mannered and extremely professional! It is our go to App whenever we need a Driver. -- MatReena, 2024-11-10 ### ***** "Excellent service" Two days back, I took a driver from Ezi Drive I like their service. They have very good experience drivers From my bottom of my heart. your driver service is really good. -- Its dyan, 2024-11-07 ### *---- "Worst experience" They send less experienced drivers who damaged my vehicle don’t rely on these people -- Jagadish3003, 2024-10-18 ### *---- "Unreliable and unnecessarily expensive!" Be prepared for them to call you at the last minute to tell you they can’t find a cab and that you will have to pay more. Such cab operators need to be barred from providing any cab services. Money swindlers! The customer service representatives are completely inefficient. EZI Drive is still 10 years behind in technology. The app is utter trash! -- karthikblr11, 2024-09-09 ### *---- "Worst service I have ever seen" IN MY CASE I HAVE BOOKED A DRIVER 1 day before my journey and they confirmed it with driver id and I asked them 10 times weather the trip is confirm they said sure !!! And I am begging the driver number since Mrng and they told we will dispose only 2 hrs prior to the departure !! But just 58 min b4 the start of journey they have cancelled the trip which cost me the fare of flight ticket!!! Please be aware !
