WiFi Configuration
It is not possible to configure the device to use nearby WiFi networks. The lan may not be working all the way and WiFi connections is available but could not be configured remotely. The user should be able to access and revise any details related to the connection.

Don’t send an email
I used this app with camera to monitor my kid. Recently, I received an email notification for monitoring any move which is bothering me and make my email full of these messages. I opened the app try to know how to stop send me an email notification but it wasn’t obvious for me. I need to know the process for that . Thanks

Waste of money
What a scam as i have done everything that the agent tells me and still the live view does not work at all and cannot unlock the door for my guests. Surprisingly the device is one week old like brand new worked for one week and gave up. Thank you for wasting my money
