The app is extremely helpful and organized. Jamie has made the entire F1 experience flawless for my family and I.

The app can’t log in thru my Ticketmaster app, can’t manage my tickets

The walking directions provided by the app took us to a dead end and made us walk 3 miles out of our way through very sketchy neighborhoods … and my wife has ASTHMA so walking an extra 3 miles isn’t so simple!!! That’s not only a major failure significantly negatively impacting fan experience, it’s a health and safety issue!

One of the best apps I’ve seen for a sporting event. All information is in here and pretty easy to find what you are looking for.

This app has made navigating the track and the strip so much easier. Couldn’t imagine race week without it.

Jamie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and explained the app and all of its amazing features to me! If i could give her 10 stars i would!

App worked nice but walking paths before and after the race to get to East Harmon for the strip (Harahs area) was chaotic. Everyone was left to wander through the streets on poor/unsafe paths. Need to improve this next year. Everything else was epic.

I get a blank screen for the map. Hoping this function is fixed before the race.

I cannot download my tickets.
