## F45 Korea Reviews in South Korea

Json parsing error

(The worst app ever)"
I suddenly can’t log in anymore. I keep getting an ‘error’ popup. When I tried to send an email to reset my password using my existing account (email address), I encountered the same ‘error’ popup and couldn’t proceed. I even deleted and reinstalled the app, but the same issue persists. I’m paying to use this service, yet the app is completely unreliable, and I can’t even make a reservation for my workouts. There’s no contact information for customer support within the app, either. What am I supposed to do? This is extremely frustrating.
-- GRD3956, 2024-11-10
