### *---- "Studio Great App LACKING"
Although I am happy with the studio I am hopeful that corporate will consider important improvements for this app in a few key ways:

1. Work with knowledgeable physical therapists and established sports physicians to create in app stretching routines to maintain peak performance. There is not enough proper stretching after class which can create long term health problems and injuries. Including multiple 10-15 min stretch routines for lower body, upper body and full body options would be a tremendous improvement for the program (not bouncing stretches but rather held positions for deep muscle release).

2. Overall there is not enough focused AB work consistently in the program. It would be ideal to improve core strength by including core routines in the app at various levels (with higher level options for members with lower back issues who can’t do sit ups such as: dead bugs, plank variations, pilates hundreds or v-holds, etc) this would help prevent members from having lower back strain in classes by improving core strength as a priority within mobility and motility objectives. Every movement should start with a braced core. 

3. It would be helpful to know what muscle group is targeted in each exercise for us to know if we are actually doing the movement correctly at home. If I knew where I should be feeling the burn I could make my own minor corrections in form until I hit the mark. 

4. There is no history of class attendance tracking in app to help build an awareness of consistency and improvement. I would like to be able to see and observe my class attendance history (in app and in studio).

Overall the Peloton app does a much better job of all of these things. I suggest F45 Corporate and its App developers take a look at the Peloton App in terms of functionality and content to consider how the F45 program and app could be improved. There does not need to be the breadth of routines as on Peloton to be comprehensive for F45 in terms of hitting all of the needs but instead just the basic coverage of targeted AB routines (oblique, central, deep) and stretching (hitting all of lower body in one or two routines and upper body/ total body in another few 10-15 min routines - with long holds for muscle release rather than bouncing).

I go to one gym and check in to every single class. For some reason, at two different times, my class count stopped working and now I’m not getting credit for the classes that I’m taking. Because of this, I can’t reach my milestone. This is rather disappointing. If this is fixed I’d be happy to change my review rating.

I’ve been doing F45 for almost 10 years and it was great. (Especially during COVID!). However, with the changed app format, I’m not getting the same resistance workouts. They don’t even use weights for half of them. Please bring back the old resistance workouts.

Since the last update, the app keeps freezing. In addition, when I buy a package (10 workouts, in my case), the app doesn’t tell you how many workouts are left. I can see some of my previous workouts and count, but the app doesn’t show *all* of my previous workouts. Since the app keeps freezing, when I try to book a new class, I’m not sure if it’s time to buy a new package or there’s a malfunction in the app.
