When you start they are great and hungry to give you a service one you receive a product the after sales is exactly the opposite.

I will be filing a complaint in the central bank for this mistreatment and make sure i post on facebook copying the ceo and all relevant stakeholders to see what consumers are facing and also dubai economic department if they also have a say in this service

And go ahead and try to block this review i will make it a primary job to ensure all fab/first bank true colors are  out inn social media through all available platforms

The new user interface is horrible, confusing and lacks giving full info. 
Do not fix something that is not needed. 
Previously when you touched card, all details of payment dates, and balance used to come  under the card. Now only the sone comes. 
After navigating a series of buttons one gets to the payment summary and that too doesn’t tell if the payment is already made or not. 

Not at all user friendly. Something that was just changed for the sake of it when it was not needed.

They told me that 2,500 dirhams would be deposited into my account if I transferred my debt to them and activated the credit card as rewards, and they got me into it. More than seven months have passed and no rewards have been deposited into my account. I filed a complaint a month ago and they said that someone would contact me within 48 hours, but no one contacted me and the complaint was automatically cancelled.

1. Horrible, absolutely user-unfriendly app update. Don’t fix what is not broken. Impossible to top up credit card if the balance is paid (FAB just removed the “pay card” button - which is the MAIN button on the screen). Why would you do that🤦🏻‍♂️
2. Very difficult to contact customer support. It’s time to get a proper chat support, like every other bank, not a useless bot. No one wants to call and spend 10 minutes on the phone waiting for some person who barely speaks English and does not understand what they are told, to leave this feedback.
3. App store button in the app simply does not work. I don’t need to follow you on X. I need to be able to give you feedback in 1-2 taps, so you can iterate faster. Look at what WIO does and take notes.

The app states, "We’ll notify you when payment is due," but despite opening the app on the due date, I still cannot find a way to make the payment. I am now facing late fees due to a clear error in your app.
