However, this was not the case with the cheque book. They didn’t send me a track number, it got lost in aramex. Only 2 months (2 MONTHS!) I randomly received a notification from aramex saying that I’ve got a delivery and then I got my cheque book. Also, they randomly take my money each month, but I don’t have any paid subscriptions. I opened a ticket and got a refund in August, however I end up in the same situation in September.
