Poor banking experience
I opened an account and got card delivered fast and easy. However, this was not the case with the cheque book. They didn’t send me a track number, it got lost in aramex. Only 2 months (2 MONTHS!) I randomly received a notification from aramex saying that I’ve got a delivery and then I got my cheque book.
Also, they randomly take my money each month, but I don’t have any paid subscriptions. I opened a ticket and got a refund in August, however I end up in the same situation in September. I hope that support agents will refund me on that, but I’ve got a feeling that they just have a bug in their system that steals moneys from clients
A bit buggy
The UX and functionality is very good but it crashes mid transaction far too frequently.
I am afraid I will be uninstalling the App.

Lost card
Lost card 8 days, no card yet? Really fed up so now I will manage the situation. Just called you 2 agents put me on hold and reverted back to menu. No resolution. Just awful. All I want is a debit card. It seems that’s an impossible task?
Worst update ever!
Ive been using you bank and app for many years and never had an issue with your updates or re-registering. This time though I have deleted the app and reinstalled 5 or 6 times and tried to register upwards of 15 times and it stalls at the same point every time —— the ‘check if you’re alive’ function does not work! And you cant get past it!
Ive made repeated complaints to the Bank technical team who refuse to acknowledge that theres an issue - they believe I am a robot, dead or not human, as this logically can be the only reason why I’m not able to register…🤷🏼♀️ erm maybe theres an issue with the app rather than the person?
Please resolve this issue! (Why you cant use the same facial recognition software as the phone, that works, is beyond me!)

Useless app
I am new with FAB bank.
Their mobile app is useless doesn't work, i am already registered have used for few weeks now every time its keep on asking me to register.
From past 2 weeks i am not able to login and there is no assistance to help me out.

Just a complete mess.
Things that are buttons but don’t look like buttons. Adverts for terrible offers everywhere. I can’t copy/paste an IBAN into the app.
It has a lot of features but is in dire need of a tidy up.
