Mit der Fabasoft App greifen Sie auf Ihre Geschäftsunterlagen Ihrer Organisation zu. Immer und überall. Sicher und zuverlässig.

Mit der Fabasoft App:

- greifen Sie einfach und schnell auf die Geschäftsunterlagen Ihrer Organisation zu.

- lesen, öffnen und bearbeiten Sie Geschäftsdokumente und wischen Sie von Dokument zu Dokument.

- öffnen Sie Geschäftsdokumente am iPad/iPhone über integrierte Apps (z.B. mit Pages).

- spielen Sie Videos Ihrer Organisation ab – auch im Offline-Modus.

- laden Sie Bilder und Videos aus Ihren Alben in Fabasoft Folio/Fabasoft eGov-Suite hoch – auch mehrere gleichzeitig.

- laden Sie Dokumente aus anderen Apps (z.B. Anlagen von E-Mails) in Fabasoft Folio/Fabasoft eGov-Suite hoch.

- haben Sie im Offline-Modus auch Zugriff auf synchronisierte Dokumente und Ordner, wenn keine Internetverbindung besteht.

- aktualisieren Sie alle Dokumente oder Ordner, die Sie offline dabei haben möchten, mit einem Klick.

- verwenden Sie die LAN-Synchronisierung, um Dokumente von anderen Geräten im selben Netzwerk herunterzuladen.

- suchen Sie nach Geschäftsdaten Ihrer Organisation, auf die Sie Zugriffsrechte haben.

- erzeugen Sie neue Teamrooms und laden Ihre Kontakte zu Teamrooms ein.

- versenden Sie Links auf Ihre Dokumente oder die Dokumente selbst als Anhang per E-Mail.

- zeigen Sie Dokumente im Vollbildmodus an.

- greifen Sie einfach und schnell auf Ihren Arbeitsvorrat und die zuletzt erledigten Aktivitäten in Fabasoft Folio/Fabasoft eGov-Suite zu.

- sortieren Sie die Listen des Arbeitsvorrats nach Datum, Aktivität oder Objekt, sowohl alphabetisch auf- als auch absteigend.

- erledigen Sie Arbeitsschritte wie das Genehmigen oder Freigeben von Dokumenten und dergleichen.

- zeigen Sie Ihren Arbeitsvorrat auch auf Ihrer Apple Watch an (benötigte Passwörter für Anwendungen oder Basic Authentication).

- sind Ihre Daten in Fabasoft Folio/Fabasoft eGov-Suite vor unberechtigtem Zugriff geschützt. Nur angemeldete Nutzer und zur Zusammenarbeit eingeladene Nutzer sind zugriffsberechtigt.

- melden Sie sich mit den Authentifizierungsmethoden Benutzername/Passwort (Basic Authentication), Zertifikat oder SAML2 an. Wenn die Authentisierung mit Zertifikat für Ihre Fabasoft Folio/Fabasoft eGov-Suite Installation verfügbar ist, importieren Sie Ihr Client-Zertifikat mit Hilfe von Apple iTunes in die Fabasoft Folio App. Im Falle einer permanenten Anmeldung in Verbindung mit SAML2 wird das Gerät mit Hilfe kryptographischer Verfahren an Ihr Benutzerkonto gebunden.

Bitte beachten Sie: Für die Verwendung der Worklist benötigen Sie mindestens Fabasoft Folio 2020 bzw. Fabasoft eGov-Suite 2020. Des Weiteren müssen Ihre Prozesse für die App vorbereitet werden.
