Literally every order I’ve placed has had shipping issues as in the item is shipped in a reasonable timeframe but then the items hang out in purgatory (once for almost an entire month). Because of this I typically skip the month but I missed the window in December. To use the credit I went ahead and ordered and yet again it’s currently showing that my expected delivery date is 2/5 and today is 2/11. I reached out to customer service who immediately offered me a refund because now the items are sold out but it’s another membership credit which means I have to go through this nightmare AGIAN. It all feels so scammy. I just want my money and to be done with this company.

Love Fabletics, don’t love the app. It’s finicky, pulls up Chat every other screen and plays video of sweatpants over and over. I have to exit the app far too often which makes the shopping experience unenjoyable.

Terrible. Everytime I open the app it pops up the ai assistant chat and WILL NOT let me exit out of it so I can’t even properly use the app. I’ve deleted the app for this issue once before. The website works fine but everytime I try to use the app I have this issue. I just wanna look at the scrubs 🙄

Would definitely get 5 stars if the app wasn’t so glitchy I have to keep exiting out of mobile support chat with Anne the AI multiple times before I can even search anything then when I’m finally able to search what ever I click on plays a video or the app crashes and leaves me with an all white screen

Each time I forgot to skip a month Fabletics charged my credit card. When I finally cancelled my membership (which they make difficult) I was informed that I was due NONE of MY cash back (over $900)

I am a track and field athlete and have purchased many hauls from Fabletics! Recently the app has been a little glitchy where the “Message Us” pop up keeps filling the screen by mistake and the product videos will also play out of nowhere when I view the product screen. Additionally, I am only interested in leggings that come in a size long (I am 6’2’’). Please integrate a filter function where customers can select the length option. Other apps have this functionality and I am a little disappointed the Fabletics app does not. I wish all of the products came it Long and Short options to be more inclusive of all body types, but I digress. Finally, this isn’t the app’s fault but the ads for Fabletics will constantly show products they either don’t offer or are sold out. I have seen other shoppers mention this too. PLEASE stop doing this. It has happened time and time again and it feels like a bait and switch technique.

After being fed an add on social, I started an account and downloaded the app after 20 minutes now all it’s doing is popping up the chat and running videos. Not allowing me to shop-chat employee directed me to shop in a browser instead. That defeats the purpose of the app entirely. Not impressed.

The app is incredibly slow, especially when opening, and I dread using it. To be fair, I do have an older phone, but the app consistently glitches and crashes when no other apps I use regularly seem to have this problem. I do still prefer it over using the mobile version of the website because I stay logged in and don’t have to remember my password, which is why it earned the second star.

This is the most frustrating shopping app I've ever used. I'll go to view an item and videos of the item will pop up randomly and even if you exit the video it'll keep popping up. If you go to a different item, the video still follows you haha.
