So far it has been helpful to have it on my iPad mini because I have 3 sketchbooks and a clutter of art supplies on my table and desk. One less thing to add to the clutter in my life had been great. The graphics are colorful, cheerful and bright. I am getting more done and taking better care of myself.

So far it’s been helping with small, realistic steps, and leading me to who I want to be with a tiny step each time. It’s morning, focus, and nightly meditation/audio lesson come in so handy for inspiring my progress to continue. It motivates me to actually try, and to reach for the extremely high expectation goals I want from life, with lots of small simple steps. I’m only a few weeks in but with the little steps I’m now taking care of my body, (bonus of beauty), exercising, drinking WATER, and eating a healthy breakfast every morning. Ask me 2 weeks ago I said no way that’s not possible! It really works! I have ADHD and depression and anxiety, and having those things makes me think I can’t do it or I get excited and burn out the next day, but with this app it’s nice and easy, little bits to focus on at once, and I haven’t given up! I usually quit at this point so it’s awesome

I have tried many apps but the soft nature and captivating story keeps me coming back compared to any other. There are many resources but it’s organized and not overwhelming. I really appreciate the app and it’s ability to hold me accountable for the change I want to make.

SCAM DONT DO TRAIL

I signed up for the trail to see if this could help. Honestly the app was just all too much for me. I thought I cancelled because I didn’t see it on my Apple subscriptions and sure enough I was charge $40! Asked for a refund and they send me back the terms and conditions stating they couldn’t process a refund. Every single app or subscription I have ever caught after forgetting to cancel has normally worked with me. Even if it wasn’t a full refund, they did something. That was on $5-$10. Which is what I thought I signed up to pay. Look at all the one star rating and you will see a trend. Just buy the app do not do the trail as it’s not explained the best when you sign up. Feeling scammed right now and would not recommend this app to anyone.

I’m giving this app a 3/5 because it is a pretty decent app. I receive notifications to drink water and stretch. But for the rest of my morning and evening routine, I don’t get notifications AND always forget. Also, I gave it a 3 for the price. $40/ month is a lot to only be reminded of drinking water and stretching. In addition to that, I’ve tried to end my subscription by emailing twice, but I never get a response. So I’m stuck with it. I’m not furious because again, it is a pretty decent app. But there is definitely room for improvement.
