Hi, I didn’t knew about auto-renewal option, and it renewed my subscription for a year, I am sorry but I didn’t want and meant to do that, can you please be generous and give me a refund?

This is my favorite app and i use pro version, i clicked update to pay for this month, and they say that i was declined, but i have notification from bank that app takes money, how i can have back my money? Beacause i didnt get pro version but they charged me😢

Hello devs, i have a problem. y'all better take this little stupid Paying fee that nobody wants to pay For. it is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous to pay for something that is not worth it. Almost 2 weeks I can’t use the FaceApp because it doesn’t open any picture- so just stay “preparing” on the screen and nothing opens… so I deleted the app from my phone - but still keeped my yearly subscription, and when I installed the app again it doesn’t allow me to use it, but it still shows that the subscription is okay, just don’t allow me to use any filter- even if it’s not pro? How can I fix this?
