Scammers taking over accounts

Sister in laws account has been hacked & taken over by scammers. I report the scammers posts as fraud because there isn’t an option to say “account taken over by fraud”. Facebook response: “Na we have left it. Because there’s nothing wrong with the posts.” You bell ends. It’s not her posting on her account you idiots! Absolute debacle.

Enough is enough - Way to Many adds

Way to much advertising and sudden links ......... It was good but is losing its appeal with so much unwanted advertising and these profound statements about love and life and rubbish. Little news and very little information of value ! A good time waster !!!

Facebook you need to let me lock my acc I somehow can’t lock my account and there’s a lot of old men and perverts out there and they can see my account and you guys don’t let me lock it how rude I’ve been trying for days even months finding a way but it somehow doesnt work I hope u can fix this or I’ll be mad and post things in Facebook

I am beyond frustrated and absolutely disgusted by the way Facebook has treated me! I’ve had my account since 2007, built up a solid reputation, and have 18 YEARS of memories and photos saved on it. Then, out of nowhere, my account gets suspended and DELETED with ZERO explanation. A powerful, multi-billion dollar company like Facebook has no clear way to even contact them! After desperately finding an email address, I’ve been waiting for a MONTH, and still, not a single response! And now, once again, my account gets suspended! I’m told I have 180 days to appeal, but WHERE exactly do I do this? No information, no help, NOTHING!! This is absolutely ridiculous! I already appealed once, now twice, and STILL no response! Facebook, you’ve gone way too far, and this is just straight-up BS! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life!

No explanation given, did not prove what it was a hate speach FB must get a competent bot when translating other languages to English. Undemocratic, biased and do not listen to reasonable complains
