Since I was younger I already had a Facebook account and honestly it’s one of the top apps in the Philippines. But recently, this day rather, I had experienced the worst as I can say. My account got suspended for a reason ai do not know. I haven’t posted any malicious content, nor left a  negative comment to a post. So I am unsure and confused of what the true reason why it got suspended. And what I want to question is, how do the security of Facebook works. Why did my account get suspended immediately without any notice? I can’t lose my account because I had a lot of contacts there, and I truly need it for schoos as well. I just hope they can do better in this matter. Getting suspended for a reason you do not know is a bad experience. I like Facebook but it kinda disappointed me for that particular reason.

Perhaps my account was unjustly blocked by Facebook due to a mistaken identity. I believe I have been using my account for personal use exclusively for more than six years. Suddenly, one day, it was disabled, and to make matters worse, I was unable to log in to any other or new accounts. access my Instagram, Facebook, and Messenger accounts on my iPhone. When you asked for my identification, I sent you my national i.d in the hopes that you would help me get back into my account.
However, I am using my real name as my first name because most of my family and friends know me that way, but it is not confirmed by my email account, which I have been using for over how many years. Knowing that my old pictures and memories will never again be visible makes me feel even more disappointed. The Facebook team did not provide a reason, so I'm not sure what I did. I hope you can do anything addressing this situation. It's incredibly unjust. Facebook owns the rights, so I can't contest my appeal.I hope you fix this kind of issue because i can't communicate with my friend. My friend also encounter this kind issue but she fixed immediately but when I did what she did into her account to my account, it didn't work. After 24 hrs of appealing, my account is still in review and no progress.

The myday after it was uploaded, the quality is so blurry and i don’t get it. Im using a high end device, but still its getting worst. The archive story was so blurry and the option where we can see who reacted before, is not accessible. And this is so sad as someone who always rewatched her previous story.
