One year subscription taken from my account 39.99 euros is too much and it’s like a scam to me, I didn’t subscription but I think my 5yrs old daughter mistakenly did that because she has access to my phone, I don’t mind if you take a month money and return the rest of the month back to my account I can’t afford a year subscription please I want to use the money you deducted from my account for something important, I don’t need the app for anything, please I will be glad if you can look into this for me.

I supposed to have a 7 days trial and they charged me straight away for 7 day €8.99. The app is so bad nothing better then free apps.

How do I make sure I don’t get charged
Hi. Downloaded this app. Only after downloading did it advise that I would be charged after 7 days. Trying to ensure that doesn’t happen before I delete the app. App Store is saying I don’t have any current subscriptions but I want to make sure it’s not done automatically after 7 days. Can you get back to me ASAP. Thanks
